This house is idyllically located on the eastern shore of the Scharm��tzelsee in the spa town of Bad Saarow and offers on two levels with a total of 109 m² of space for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. An extra bed is possible on the gallery.

Our holiday homes Bornholm, Funen and Zealand are located on the eastern shore of Lake Scharmützel, directly on the water and surrounded by forests of the Marches. The well-kept, light-filled houses are built in Scandinavian wood construction and are located a few minutes walk from the lake. The modern and versatile equipment of the houses leaves nothing to be desired on holiday. Due to the location of the houses offer unique visual axes on the Scharmützelsee! Take advantage of a variety of sports and recreational opportunities during the day and end the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace while enjoying the picturesque sunset.

The cost of electricity (0.33 EUR per kWh / underfloor heating and hot water treatment electric) and water (7.00 EUR per cubic meter) or gas connection (0.90 EUR per cubic meter) will be charged according to consumption on departure.

Wunderschöner Ort mit Aufpreis
Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist super gemütlich und liegt praktisch 2 Schritte vom Wasser entfernt. Privaten Sauna und Whirlpool, Bodenheizung plus Kamin sind unschlagbar, wenn richtig entspannen und ausruhen möchte. Es macht das ganze als ideale Winterausflugsort! Allerdings hat der Strom das Budget gesprungen, 33 Cent pro kwh ist sehr viel Geld . Auch wenn auf die Saunanutzung aufpasst wurde. Man sollte bei Ankunft sicherstellen, dass alle Heizungsknöpfe nicht komplett aufgedreht sind, wie bei uns der Fall war. Wahrscheinlich will der Gastgeber die winterliche Ankunft gemütlicher machen, aber das wird am Ende teuer. Leider haben wir das nicht sofort zugedreht und dachten erst daran, als das Haus zu heiss war. Die Tatsache, dass man 20 Minuten mit Auto fahren muss, um Check-in zu machen ist sehr ungünstig. Aber letztendlich muss ich auch ehrlich sein: ich denke schon an die nächste Aufenthalt in diesem schönem Haus in traumhaufte Umgebung. Trotzallerdem gerne wieder!
