"The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. "Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends "
