"They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."

"Lovely stay, very close and handy for Phantasialand. Only downside is, the double bed is two singles pushed together and not connected, therefore the beds do move apart. Oh and no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. The all you can eat buffet dinner was a bit disappointing, not that many options for the main. "

"Our hotel room was a short walk from the check in desk/restaurant. The room was on the third floor and was spacious had private bath and shower. Check out was easy enough we were told to just leave the key in the room when we leave. The bus direct to phantasialand was a few minutes walk from the hotel and directly in front of the train station. "
