"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

A operating restaurant, housekeeping, spa and sauna, ambience and warmth, qualified and efficient staff of any sort. This hotel is so bad that it should not be open. "We were so pleased and overwhelmed with the way this hotel trip went. It is located within a mountain village and the pleasant chime of church bells between 7am to 12pm add an atmosphere of serenity.
