"This property was much bigger than I expected. It was basically an apartment in a building instead of just a hotel room. It had its own kitchen in a separate room, as well as a bathroom completely separate from the bedroom. All 3 locations had doors to close off from the other areas. "Wir waren mit 6Personen über Silvester in der Wachbergbaude. Es war urgemütlich, wie man es von einer Baude erwartet und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "Wonderful, quiet location in a charming neighborhood. 30 minutes by tram to the Altstadt. Short walk to a lovely beer garden and ferry to the Pillnitzer Castle. We also loved cycling along the Elbe. For some reason, the access code was sent through Expedia instead of Hotels.com, so you might need to call the hostess before arrival to meet you. She was very gracious and the breakfast was a delight. A wonderful place to experience Dresden in a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment!"

"Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir erst abends feststellen müssen, dass Abendessen nur auf vorherige Bestellung gemacht wird. Die Kellnerin spricht nur Tschechisch, hat sich aber per Handy Übersetzer viel Mühe gegeben. Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung für 1-2 Übernachtungen."

"Dette overnatningssted hos familien Kempe er så rent og velduftende, at man næsten ikke nænner at forlade det store fine værelse efter morgenmaden. Dejligt med køleskab og alle køkken nødvendigheder. Stort badeværelse med jævnlig rengøring og med nødvendige brugsting. Fin terrasse med nye møbler. "Fabulous hotel! Across the street from probably the most interesting site in town (Dresden Zwinger, looks like an old palace, with museums), and about 2 blocks walk to the town's centra; square where they hold oldest Christmas market in Europe. Restaurants all around. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a fantastic view of the Zwinger. We had the XXL suite, and our kids loved the bunk beds while the adults enjoyed the other comfortable beds. All very clean, nice kitchen and bathroom, great value....
