Pros: Die Wohnung ist genau entsprechend der Beschreibung/Bilder, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in 2 Min.Fußweg in der "Flaniermeile" mit schönen Geschäften,Eiscafés,Restaurants Cons: Außenumgebung z.Zt. noch nicht angelegt, wird aber bestimmt schön sein um draußen die Gartenmöbel aufzustellen.
