The domicile is located about 23 km from Winterberg in the Wittgensteiner Land, in the south of the Sauerland. Berghausen is 2 km away and the picturesque town of Bad Berleburg is 6 km away. The vacation home is located on a plot of 0.5 ha. You have a clear view of the river Eder and thanks to the large garden you have plenty of privacy. You can take wonderful hiking and biking tours through the Rothaargebirge or refresh yourself with a swim in the river. The friendly Dutch owners will be happy to give you interesting tips for excursions in the area.

Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee.

The entire domicile was originally an old farm from 1811 and consists of two vacation apartments: DNW821&DNW822 . Due to its size and layout, this apartment is the most suitable accommodation in the house for families.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

Sehr schön und großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung
Schöne, große Ferienwohnung. Wunderschöner Garten mit mehreren Sitzecken, mitten in der Natur. Sehr nette Vermieter. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft noch mal buchen.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis voor rust en comfort.
Prachtig vakantiehuis in een mooie omgeving met vriendelijke eigenaren. Het landschap nodigt uit tot wandelen en dat kan prima vanuit de woning. Bad Berleburg is dichtbij voor de noodzakelijke boodschappen. Wij zijn naar Marburg geweest, mooie binnenstad. Ook Winterberg is een bezoek waard. De inrichting en het comfort van de woning (wij zaten onder) zijn uitstekend. De bovenwoning is anders van indeling maar heeft dezelfde kwaliteit. Kortom een aanrader voor gasten met deze wensen.
