"Well, it was unusual circumstances, I think...I didn't know when the last train stopped in Hallstatt, so I had to pay moire for the cab to get there than the room...when I arrived exhausted from mybtreavels, there were at leasdt 30 teenagers there partying it up & the owners didn't spoeak English...I wanted to cry, but then it became hysterically funny...Thank Good I had ear plugs & they had wine to knock me out...the next night they were gone & there was a loively young woman at the front desk...

"We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for...

"Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely.
