"I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"Nice welcome from owner, breakfast very good. Our room was spacious. 2 bed sheets were damp and the room was a little musty. Towels needed replacing urgently. We don't usually stay in B&B and felt we were imposing. House and grounds were lovely though. Good location to see the Somme"

"Very friendly staff, place was as advertised. Remote, but quiet. Our family stayed in the silo, which the kids enjoyed. Not advertised -- the trampoline (our 10 and 12 year old loved it); they also asked for cash payment, so we had to head 8km back into town -- but otherwise, a terrific small town, quiet setting, excellent (and copious) food. Wifi was good enough for Facebook, but my husband's work stuff was really slow."

"The family has been associated with the property for 3 generations, and it is a gorgeous chateau, in a small village within easy driving distance of Amiens. The setting and the room are gorgeous, and the host and hostess are warm and friendly. They gave us many recommendations about what to do in Amiens. My only concern is the 150 euro bond money has not been returned to my card yet. It has been six days since we checked out and have sent two messages to the hotel but not received any response. Our stay was very good and the kitchen let us have home cooked meals. Apart from the return of bond money would recommend this hotel."
