"Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"

"Our hosts were wonderful. They were friendly, and communicated with us reliably. In addition, the house was one of our more comfortable stays on this trip. It was sparkly clean, and would have had a wonderful view, if we could have seen it. (We had horrible weather.) Unfortunately, we did not realize how difficult the logistics related to staying at this home would be. Traveling to and from required quite a bit of effort. Located in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, it was not simple or easy to access....

"This holiday house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The manager was onsite every day and was very helpful. She was available and always cheerful when we passed by on our daily trips to visit this wonderful area of Italy. The apartment was located one block from the train and bus station which made it very convenient for all the trips to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast.. Located just a few blocks from the heart of Sorrento's restaurant and shopping district. "

"Laura was an amazing host and on check in explained about the main features of Sorrento including transport. We were often surprised with pastries delivered to our door and even organised our taxi on our last day. very good position with laundry mat, groceries and bakery on the street as well as 5 minute walk to main shopping and restaurant area. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The view was fantastic- we had a corner suite with a view of the sea. The front desk was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and organizing a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this property!"

"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. The door locking system battery was running out of battery power. Only on1 of the 2 hobs worked. All of the above reported to the...

"I got an email at 7:00 AM same day of if check in saying that the host cancelled my reservation despite I paid full, this could not happen when you have everything ready for a trip"

"Pros: Excellent location. Walk from accommodation to the pier to catch the hydrofoil to Capri took us 5min through the elevators (€1). The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alessandro who took the pains to show us where the parking garage was (€18/day) and recommended us great restaurants. They have Netflix!! Cons: The bathroom shower leaked at times and minor flooding occurs. The heater function could be better."

"It was meant to be a studio flat There was no cooker Hot water does not last for one showers , it goes from hot to cold while showering There was no tv The property smell of dam all day everyday When i told the owner or the manager , he said it will go and he used airfreshner !!!!!! "We came down to Naples after a family wedding in Rome and wanted to explore the area, we had a lovely week sightseeing the Naples area. The apartment was lovely, very well equipped and Giancarlo and Fiammetta were lovely host’s, helping with any queries we had. I would have no hesitation to recommend Naples and the apartment to anyone "

"This snug little apartment sits right in the middle of things on Via Duomo, well within walking distance of many of the great spots in Naples. It's very well appointed, with everything looking quite new. Communication with the owners was top-notch...very responsive and generous."

"It's a beautiful apartment close to the train station and many places to eat. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. Has a balcony which was nice. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. Especially because our flight was delayed and we came a day late. Would definitely stay again!"

"The campground had a nice restaurant and laundry room, and transportation to town on bus lines and taxis. The cabins were comfortable and the views over the bay were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the campground!"

"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"This was an excellent stay. I stayed here one night and should have stayed here the entire time I was in Napoli. Located right across the street from the Metro and Napoli Centrale Station, the trains can get you anywhere in the city and the hotspots outside the city. Great food options around also. Heavy police presence due to being directly across from a major terminal station with tens of thousands of people traveling through per day. My husband and I felt safe walking around with so many other people outside as well."

Nice hotel in beautiful location

"Nice hotel with bar lounge and restaurant. Spacious room with balcony and great views. Breakfast buffet is same every day, but many choices and satisfying. The location on the water and many restaurants and shops nearby. Beware of taxi drivers at and near hotel—they don’t use meter and change their prices!!"

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "
