Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"
