"the place was not clean and the people were not nice. I have problems with my payment and the people in the hotel are not cooperating. they are hardly available and they do not reply the emails. they do not speak any english. after 6 days of my stay there, my room was cleaned only once... etc not recommended at all"

"Nice hotel for a stop-over. Spacious rooms, good beds, very nice to have breakfast included. One downside during hot summer days: it was very warm in the room and there was no air conditioning. Opening the windows was not sufficient to cool it down and as soon as the sun rose, it was shining on us. Most of the time, Germany doesn’t need airco of course… "

"Basic, friendly comfort in a good location The bed was not comfortable and the road-facing rooms were noisy. But, given the generally low standard of hotels in Backnang, this is one of the better ones"
