"The staff are courteous but more training is required. I liked the dining, SPA and fitness center experience. While th check in experience was good, the check o in t experience needs work. Taking care of guest experience needs work. Management needs to be more visible. Noise abatement needs to be considered. The property is next to a busy corridor and noise starts as early as 4 AM when the water tanker comes in (backs in to the property). The SPA experience was great. The therapist was well experienced. Sapna, Pradeep and team were great at the fitness center. They helped me correct some techniques which needed work on the rower and TRX. Appreciate the effort by the staff inspite of the property being new and still under construction in some parts. No management was visible in resolving customer experience issues reported. Leela experience was missing. I stayed at the Leela Mumbai property and this experience was very different. The only place management was very obvious and visible was at the dining (restaurant). The food fare was amazing and service was extraordinary."
