"This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it. "

"It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. "All the staffs are very accommodating and with a friendly smile aside from that helpful if you need some advice on which tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was great and even the coffee was delicious. The view of the lake and even the hotel property looks expensive. It is definitely 5 star Hotel experience."

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. " I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with welcoming and impeccable staff. The only recommendation I’d have is to stay on the 2nd floor, as the ground floor had a bit of an issue with bugs since its close to the meadow as the name suggests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and water system could use some upgrades, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. "When we arrived, I overheard the front desk telling another customer that there was no internet and to just use their data. Seriously? How can you say that to an international traveller who most likely does not have local coverage? Also, a rat ran across us as we were walking towards the lobby. "The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok."

"Fell short of our expectation. Overly priced for the poor facilities. Food is terrible and overly priced. Rooms are rundown. Lots of mosquitoes and the pool is not that clean. The beach area has goats and dogs roaming around. I will definitely not recommend this hotel unless they improve."

"We stayed in a family room and it was an excellent choice for a group of five travelers. We have our own bed to retire at the end of a very tiring day of travel. Staff members are very accommodating for our needs. This is not a luxurious accommodation but if you are looking for clean room and facilities to retire at the end of the day, I highly recommend the place."

"The staff on the front desk was very helpful within their limits of responsibilities. Bathroom needs improvement, no toilet seat, you have to ask for toilet paper. They imposed excessive charge to use the picnic areas, PH1000.00, 150.00 to use their dirty bbq grill, 300.00 to bring your own liquor. Very limited breakfast menu. The beach area is excellent for children, surprisingly its free. Will I come back, I don't think so."
