He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. "This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"
