"My wife and I had the good fortune to spend a night at this lovely guest house. Our host was very welcoming and even offered to contact her baker for some gluten free bed for us! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed linen beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional too including home made jams and yoghurt. We couldn't have asked for more. Our only disappointment was that we only booked for one night!"

"Beautifully renovated former dairy factory. Very kind and responsive hosts. Comfortable bed and quiet room with well appointed ensuite. It's in a rural location 2 mins from a village, which is about 5 mins from Barfleur. "

"This property would have been ideal for our needs,we booked in plenty of time and the booking was accepted, but on the 12/12/24 I received an email to say she couldn't accept our booking and we would not be charged, so angry I had to look for an alternative so close to our travel date."

This stately manor house has a “Masterpiece Theater “ feel inside and out, and Karine is a terrific host in this beautiful fin de siecle home with 21st century-appointed Room decor. Marine provides an amazing breakfast for a small up-charge, and well worth it. Sh is an equestrian and the Villa is on horse property in rural Tamerville near Valognes. One caveat, you must have a car 🚗 Transportation options in rural Normandy are very limited....

"A lovely spacious apartment as a stopover before hopping on an early morning ferry. Only downside was that when I requested a plug for the bath I was told it was there the night before and that I should take a shower! 😧 Part of this “fawlty towers” moment was the language barrier, and that they also run a restaurant downstairs and seemed overly stretched and understaffed. "Great spot to stay if touring Normandy. Was nice to cook in the room vs eating out again. Close stroll to the harbor area, restaurants and grocery store. Really comfortable bed. I would stay again."
