Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. "The location of the hotel is great, it has a view of the Roman place. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The negative thing is there is no satellite tv in the room. I will book again if I go that direction. "
