This beautiful holiday home is ideally located in Aywaille and can accommodate 4 people thanks to 1 bedroom and a living/dining room with a double sofa bed. It is ideal for family holidays. The open kitchen with induction stove and coffee maker offers you the chance to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee and a breakfast of your choice. Television with Belgacom and Netflix. The house is ideally located at the gateway to the Belgian Ardennes! The residence is only 19 km from Spa, where you can visit the famous Francorchamps circuit, among other things. The immediate vicinity of the cottage is ideal for cycling and walking tours and you can dine in the evening at the restaurant that is within walking distance of the house.

Was für ein schönes Haus! Alles was man brauchte war da. In 3 km Entfernung gibt es einen Supermarkt. In der Nähe vieler Touristenattraktionen: die Höhlen von Remouchamps, Plopsacoo, Spa, le monde sauvage, ... . Es gibt auch viele schöne Spaziergänge in der Nähe. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Der Besitzer war zu der Zeit auch unterwegs, aber wir blieben per SMS in Kontakt.

Handige lokatie

Modern en warm verblijf in de Ardennen met alle nodige faciliteiten. Weg van de hoofdwegen en dus rustig. Handig om in alle richtingen op pad te gaan naar de verschillende steden, kastelen en bezienswaardigheden in de regio.

Ein kompaktes, sauberes und voll ausgestattetes Haus. Schöne Terrasse neben dem Haus. Die Natur in der Umgebung (Ardennen) ist wunderbar. Einer von uns ist fast 2 Meter groß und das war ein Problem im Badezimmer und Duschraum, weil diese Bereiche ziemlich niedrig sind. Insbesondere im Duschraum war ein aufrechtes Stehen nicht möglich. Außerdem hat das Wohn-/Esszimmer nur auf einer Seite ein Fenster, sodass es drinnen recht schnell dunkel wird, besonders wenn die Sonne nicht scheint. Aber die positiven Aspekte überwiegen bei weitem diese praktischen "Probleme". Der Gastgeber/Vermieter war 1,5 Wochen von den 2 Wochen, in denen wir dort waren, abwesend, erwies sich aber als sehr freundlich, als wir nach Hause zurückkehrten. Hat ihn während seiner Abwesenheit per SMS kontaktiert.

Schöner Aufenthalt, ruhige Lage aber nicht zu weit von Geschäften etc. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich nur für 2 Personen geeignet, sonst wird es zu eng. Es ist fast alles da, wir haben einen Stauraum für Trockenfutter vermisst usw. Denken Sie daran, dass dies 2 unter 1 Dach ist, der Besitzer wohnt hinten. In der Diele ist eine "offensichtlich abgeschlossene" Tür, die mit dem Haus des Eigentümers verbunden ist, und natürlich hört man dort regelmäßig Geräusche, für uns nicht wirklich störend, für andere vielleicht. Freundlicher Besitzer. Schöne Gegend zum Wandern.

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan de rand van Aywaille maar zeer rustig met veel wandelmogelijkheden in de nabije omgeving. Al het nodige was aanwezig zowal wat keukenuitrusting als wat bad- en beddengoed betreft (+ alles inbegrepen in de huurprijs). De woning blonk van netheid. De vloerverwarming deed het uitstekend. Bij de ontmoeting met de (vriendelijke) eigenaar bood hij ons een potje honig van eigen kweek aan. In de frigo werden twee biertjes fris gehouden.
