"Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family! My stay was okay until my check out time and was slammed with an unplanned bill which was based on not passing information correctly. "A very convenient location since walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was bright and comfortable and the office was very responsive to our needs, even ordering a taxi for our return to the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life on the pedestrian only street below."
