"The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops. Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel. You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning. It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed."

"We enjoyed a fabulous 6 day holiday at the Alion Beach Hotel. From the moment we walked through the lobby, the quality of service was exceptional. It is clear that all the staff really care about the hotel and guests. Our room was perfect - well laid out and a lovely sea view. Breakfast and evening meal (buffet) was very good and there was live entertainment on three nights whilst we were there. The gardens are beautiful and lead down to a fantastic, sandy beach. Simply beautiful. But what really took our experience to another level was the staff and how they looked after us. They all get on with their work quietly and efficiently, but show exceptional levels of customer service. Big thanks to the two Georges, Fotini and Monika who were so helpful and friendly."

"Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. Mine are 13-14years and we ended up going to Waterworld anyway. Staff here are very friendly and attentive & cannot do enough for you. Overall fantastic holiday & hotel."

"Nice resort. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Family oriented with the activities they provide. Also has a kids pool and playground on the premises Also provides night time entertainment for the whole family. The location is great as it’s near Nissi Beach and the Underwater Museum Resort also is right on the sea with great views The breakfast is amazing too. Lots of choice , all yummy Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Ayia Napa area and have kids. "
