"A quiet ten-day escape from the city, with lots of beach walking, some sea and pool swimming, delicious dining, and great service from the staff. "It took them about 45 from the time I arrived to get me checked in to get it done due to the staff being unable to find my booking. Even after that the room wasn't ready and I was told to find something else to do for another half hour. "We initially booked a Deluxe Triple Room, Sea View. Too expensive for the facilities provided by the hotel. Bathrooms are very dirty and not maintained properly. No Internet/WIFI in the room and it's available only at the lobby(the most inconvenient thing). Hotels.com website shows that the room has WIFI and aircon. But there is no power from 6 am to 6 pm and NO air-con. No light in the day time and it's completely dark in the bath room and we have to use our mobile phone light to use...
