"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food and breakfast was really good, staff was very sympathetic and helpful and a wonderful relaxing spa. A feedback to be given to the hotel is to have the spa open in the morning too which we think is only negative point."

"The biggest disappointment was the distance from Zermatt, our destination. It took us 3 hours one way- 2 buses and 2 trains to change to reach our destination. This results in loss of precious time for travellers, who have a tight schedule. Point de Zinal SHOULD NOT be displayed as a property in Zermatt. It is misleading- EXPEDIA to note please"

"Das Häuschen ist nett. Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher mit Zutaten ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück wird am Morgen in einem Korb gebracht. Dieses war gut. Leider wurde es erst ab 08.30 geliefert. due duschen und WC sind etwa 30 m entfernt. Einfach aber sauber. Ideal für ein zwei Nächte wenn es warm ist. "

"We celebrated a big birthday with a family get together; we were 17 people, all ages and ALL enjoyed their stay. The property was perfect; The rooms were great and very clean. it had everything we needed. Marco (host) went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The area is beautiful with lots of great hikes for all levels. Merci beaucoup Marco pour votre hospitalité; tous le monde a adoré. Votre maison est magnifique et très accueillante."

"The chalet is perfect just as is, super cosy and with everything you need. Anzère has a great skiing area and is a cute little village, very family friendly . We had a great time, it was our third time in Hugh’s chalet, he is a super friendly host , and we are happy to come back for more!"
