Traditional renovated house, in the heart of the typical village of Aydius, perched on a sunny slope of the Aspe valley. Access by steps or access ramp (stroller, suitcases with wheels) to a private terrace of 24 m2 overlooking the street, facing the mountains (Pic de Bergon). Hiking departure point to the Montagnon lake, a heart-shaped pearl of the Pyrenees, to discover! Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen with wood stove (microwave and oven, 4 gas hobs, 180 liter fridge with preservative, dishwasher). - Large living room, lounge area (TV, WIFI fiber internet connection) opening onto terrace - Shower room (washing machine, shower, sink, toilet) 1st level: - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double bed) - Bathroom (bath and shower, toilet) 2nd level (attic): - Mezzanine (miller's ladder) with 1 single bed The beds are made for arrival and Paulette welcomes you with her delicious garbure. Gas heating at an additional cost (€8/day). Wood at an additional cost €15/week. Garden furniture. Private barbecue. Trout fishing in the Gabarret, a stream below the village, Cazaubon district. Goat cheese for sale at farm producers. Gîte adjoining the owners' home. Patronal festivals 1st weekend in August.
