"We checked out after one sleepless night. Our room was so loud inside it felt like we were in a nightclub, but worse, because it was a mixture of 3-4 nearby clubs and bars music. The hostel itself hadn’t even started any live music yet when we arrived. I don’t know how the Hostel can actually charge money for this room, let alone nearly 100 dollars. The atmosphere was dead, the hostel is really big and not particularly communal. You’d be much better off in a cheaper and smaller place 5-10...

"The Manager, Elizabeth, went out of her way to help us non-Spanish-speaking visitors. She translated, made helpful suggestions, and was a delight to talk with. The property is 1/2 block off of the beach in the middle of the beach activity and is lovely. The rooms are clean and just the basics. Bed, side table, refrigerator, clean bathroom. "Not a great spot, but the rooms are nice, they have an additional screen door to help keep mosquitoes out of the hallway where the doors to the rooms are. I didn’t use the shared kitchen & it seemed like the free coffee was just the instant kind. Good for the price, the parking is on the street & I was told to pull half my car up onto the curb, so not ideal, but could’ve been worse. Music from nearby bars & clubs goes a little harder & later into the night than I would like."
