The apartment is fully equipped and with everything new: air conditioning in all rooms, wifi throughout the apartment, 49" LED TV, bed and bath linen, iron, clothesline, complete kitchenware, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and everything you need to feel at home.
The residential has direct access to the beach via the promenade that links the beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, ideal for walking, sports or cycling with the family. Isla Canela has a great tourist and gastronomic offer.
