Todo correcto, pero algo precario.
La casa es nueva, pero le faltan bastantes detalles. No tiene lavadora, las lámparas están superpuestas sobre la luz de obra, la terraza que da al jardín no tenia pomo y se sujetaba con una cuerda. No tiene ningún ventilador y en verano en Huelva y lejos de la costa hace bastante calor por las noches. Sin embargo el precio es como el de una casa con todos esos detalles y sin estar cerca de la playa.
