Nutkins is a luxury Shepherd Hut and fully equipped. Full facilities, ensuite shower room, wood burner, full kitchen. A part glass roof over the double bed for stargazing and all mains facilities, hot tub at a constant 38c and fast Wi-Fi. Set in its own 2 acre meadow with a family of deer who wander around, it is a rural bliss. Not overlooked, with Hot Tub, fire pit, electric barbecue outside along with a useful utility room with large fridge freezer and extra storage. Within Nutkins as an ensuite shower room with all bathroom facilities, heated towel rail, all towels and linen provided, wardrobe, drawers, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, Quooker boiling hot water tap, sitting area with dining folding table, and pull down double bed. The double doors open up onto the meadow which is yours to wander with a picnic table at the top of the field. Fuel for wood burner and fire pit provided. Electric barbecue with picnic table. Nutkins is just three minutes walk from the bus stop and local pub that serve food and five minutes drive from Lyme Regis. please note there is no television, but good Wi-Fi. This is a deliberate decision on our part so that you can immerse yourself in nature.
