"Wir buchten das Ferienhaus über Fewo direkt und Novasol war Vertragspartner. Die Angaben über die vorhandenen Schlafräume waren Falsch. Anstatt drei Schlafräume mit je zwei Betten befanden sich im Haupthaus nur zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett. Die anderen Betten befanden sich in einer abgelegenen Hütte , etwa 50 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt und für uns 6 Personen mit kleinen Kindern inakzeptabel. "Went to Elite Grand Hotel in Gävle and stayed there for a few days and would love to go back. The staff were all be dry attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet every morning is to die for and I definitely recommend checking out the wellness spa. It is the perfect hotel to go to when you want to relax and enjoy the area. "
