"Did not know what to expect from Taranaki, but, upon arriving, it was impossible not to unwind. The scenery from the bach is awesome, sea, mountain and farmland. The hosts were great, and able to advise places to visit nearby and were kind enough to lend us some paddling gear for the river at the beach to play around in. Mike the host was a very interesting fellow who offered me the most wonderful advice on life, truly inspirational. The accommodation was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."
