"Our stay at this property in Kerikeri was disappointing and fell far short of expectations. The house is extremely dated, with a kitchen and bathroom that look like they haven’t been updated since the 1970s. On top of that, the cleanliness was subpar—we encountered two cockroaches during our stay, which was unsettling and completely ruined our experience.Adding to our discomfort, a laundry basket suddenly appeared inside the house after we had been out for the day. "Stunning location. Had everything we needed. Simple yet comfortable. Away from the main centre of Kaiteriteri and only 2minute walk to beach. Loved it. "

What would have made it 5 star would have been if the grass was cut and tidied with removal or replacement of the hexagonal table and the blue sofa has stains which is unpleasant to see.But overall we had a lovely stay"

"The property is quirky with a fun eliment to it. There is a well stocked kitchen and plenty of other batch style books, games and DVDs. Not a property for elderly or people who struggle with stairs. Views are great and the grounds well kept."
