"Right at the Kansai airport, convenient, big room and comfortable bed"

"Booked last minute. Since the Yen is so weak my dollar goes along way. Executive corner suite was fantastic. Sort of a self check out thing that I needed help with, but the gentleman was helpful. Wasn't sure on daily service but got back to my room after a very long day and it was emaculate. Even my sweater was neatly folded. Combini on the third floor is you don't feel like going out. Second night I didn't so I popped in for a sando and chips and some beer. Sat out on my deck and enjoyed the harbor. I really enjoyed staying there. In the morning a cruise ship was coming in and was fun to sit out having coffee while they quietly pulled in to my right. If I wasn't looking wouldn't have even noticed they pulled in. Great park and very walkable for tons of food options. "

"If there was any food places to dine in, have been better. The area is close to airport and accessible to train. "

"The public bath saloon is very big enough and comfortable. The menu of breakfast is more than expected with varieties of local food o Kobe. These two points are the reason why I choose the hotel again since January, 2025. "

"The property was clean, and the staff was excellent. There were not any communication problems despite the fact that we couldn't speak any Japanese. My only complaint is that the room was hot. The A/C didn't work, so it got pretty uncomfortable."
