"When we arrived the key was not in the lock box, but this was quickly rectified and the property manager came within 10 mins after a phone call, so this was not a huge problem… we are all only human!. It was not clear to me how much cleaning we were meant to do at the end. I was pretty sure I had paid to not have to vacuum etc but this was not clear in the email or at the bach itself. I called the property manager to find out. She said we had a late departure due to the key incident, however...

"Short break away, fantastic views from this cottage, the deck space is very functional and provides a lovely sitting area. Ideal for Adults or families with older children (there are some steep stairs and open areas from the back deck that could pose challenge for toddlers). Great barbeque and kitchen facilities (ex coffee maker)."

"Would definitely recommend this lovely place, with it being very handy to the Abel Tasman National Park. We had a fantastic stay - a beautiful house, wonderfully laid out to suit a number of people to stay, with everything you would need, plus more. So relaxing and quiet. I would love to stay again. "The house has lots of outside spaces so you can find sun or shade all day long. The living areas are generous and filled with light, the furniture comfortable. Kitchen appliances are modern. Beds are comfortable and bed linen is also good quality. The shower on the living level leaks water and floods the bathroom making it unusable but the two other shirts are great."
