"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. "Arrived 10pm at night, not sure howbto check in initially but then Receptionist appeared who was able to check me in &.gave me my room card, we was on the 2nd floor room no. 24 at the end, stairs to two levels were outside - Receptionist offered me help with my bags... Room was clean, freshly painted and clean white sheets - only couple of comments to make - was toilet & shower was small, not good for larger tourists but Ok for us - has a small desk, but thought lighting in the room coukd of...
