"The property suited us exactly for what we needed - being a week away for 5 adults and 2 children. It was 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the shops and a playground just down the road. The house is relatively new and therefore complete with new fixtures, fitting and contents (mostly Ikea), a decent sized back garden (decking, fake turf and stones) with lots of outdoor furniture and generally had all the things we needed. Thanks for a great place for our week away."

"The property, swimming pool and terrace in front of house are excellent. The location perfect. However, the garden at rear is very tired and dirty. We would love to return but only if there are improvements to the rear of the house."

"Tout est cher sur l'île, la chaleur, début septembre, n'est pas au rendez-vous mais si l'on aime pédaler en bord de mer loin des voitures, c'est parfait ! notre location à Saint-Martin était très agréable et au calme. Nous étions là pour vivre ensemble une semaine, tout le monde est reparti enchanté... Question intendance, il y a eu quelques hic : l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il y a 2 lits de 160 et nous avons dû aller acheter un drap housse à notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne,...

"Pour un week-end entre amis, la maison est parfaite pour accueillir nos 4 couples. Des chambres confortables et tous les équipements pour se sentir comme à la maison. La cuisine est très bien équipée et c’est très appréciable. La terrasse et sa vue sont sublimes, on aurait pu passer 4 jours accoudés à regarder la mer ! L’immense véranda pour manger, se reposer, prendre l’apéro est un vraie plus pour les journées pluvieuses et les soirées fraîches. Des hôtes disponibles et bienveillants, bref...

"La maison est superbement bien placée ( plage a pied et centre ville à pied ). Impasse très calme et sécurisée. Petit bémol de propreté a notre arrivée, les vitres étaient extrêmement sales avec des grosses traces de doigts. Nous avons dû les laver nous même. Les placards n étaient pas propres non plus. Malgré ça nous avons passé un excellent séjours dans cette maison et nous la recommandons pour vos vacances a la faute sur mer. Le propriétaire est sympa et arrangeant "

"Our group consisted of 11: 4 fifty somethings and 7 children aged between 23 and 18. The bedrooms, pool, lounge and kitchen area are superb for a group of this size. The facility is well located and within walking distance of the beach, local coffee bars and boulangerie and at a stretch Trance-Sur-Mare, although this is more easily reached on a bike or within a 5 minute drive.
