"Pleasant and efficient check-in. Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele. Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. "We were there for a night while traveling through France. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The walls are very thin and we could hear every noise from the rooms down the hall. Convenient location by the train station and staff were kind and helpful."

"The first night we stayed we would award top marks, but on or return 4 days later the second room was not as good. It was not as clean, the shower screen support was loose, the tv was hanging and not working properly. The furniture on the terrace was very dirty, we cleaned it before we could sit down. We were served a meal in our room, but thought that the dirty dishes would be removed, but they remained until we signed out"
