Great Place to stay for a guys ski trip
The place was great, Michael the owner was super helpful, and it's a very short walk up or ski down to the nearest lifts. Will stay here again.

Great Place...Great Location
The location was great we could ski in/out of our unit and at night we were able to walk up to the village. Michael the host was very accommodating and had alot of extras in the condo which you usually do not find, I would highly recommend this unit and when we return we return to Beaver Creek this is the place I will return too.

Fabulous location
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great location along Beaver Creek, just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, with a well appointed kitchen. The manager is an excellent communicator.

Great Holiday Getaway
Beautiful property, close to the slopes and easy to either walk or ride the shuttle to where you want to go. Michael was very helpful. He helped make our stay perfect.

Great Location and Service
Location was perfect for ski in / ski out and walking distance to Beaver Creek. Easy parking and access to main road to drive down mountain. Property manager was easy to work with and helped with late check out. Property was well stocked and good size. Ski locker was helpful and hot tub was easy to access. Nice family property!

The condo was a bonafide Ski In / Ski Out..Can easily walk as so close to the village too.Well equipped kitchen and nice layout.Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions.Very detailed on how to check in. And really appredciated entrances with keypad codes as there were three of us.We enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed a week earlier this month. Had not been to condo before but are quite familiar with BC. The location was perfect, able to walk if you to all the shops and restaurant. Easy to ski in and out. Hot tub was a plus.

This condo is wonderful! Warm, cozy, and tastefully decorated, it was convenient for skiing in and out, driving, and walking to the Village. Everything was provided, and we would definitely contact this owner again before looking anywhere else.

Overall great stay
Stayed for ~10 days with my spouse. Exactly as expected. We worked in the morning (Wi-Fi was great) and skied in the afternoons. True ski out right in the backyard. Not a luxurious stay, but very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone visiting beaver creek.

Perfect Family Location
We have been coming to BC for a couple of years but had never stayed in Townsend Place. It is a perfect spot for the family to ski in&out and would definitely be back. The unit was spacious and well appointed and definitely well priced for BC. We had many great nights in the jacuzzi and enjoying dinner by the fireplace. We also had great views of the fireworks on New Years. A wonderful time on a great mountain.

Great Ski Condo!
We spent the first week in March at this great unit in Townsend Place. It truly is ski-in, ski out and just a few steps into the village on a lovely path by the creek. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Most of all, the owner is extremely helpful and easy to work with. If you need a 2-bedroom condo near all the action, this is a "no-brainer." Enjoy!!!

Fantastic ski condo has it all! Great location!
Truly ski in/ski out condo is located very close to the Plaza in BCV. The woodburning fireplace was cozy and the owner even supplied wood!! Perfect size for a small family, we were comfortable and happy on our first family ski trip. The building was quiet and convenient. The outdoor hot tub was a total gem after a long day of skiing. We can't wait to go back! Denise is friendly and accommodating. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for sharing the ski condo with us.

Perfect set up in a great location
Michael was a great host. Very approachable and helpful. The condo was perfect, just as advertised. Fit our family of 5 very comfortably and had everything we needed. You are very close to the village for ski, food, etc (close enough to easily walk with a 6 yo and a 3yo in ski boots) while just secluded enough to have some quiet as well. It was a great experience and we would love to rent again! Thanks for the great week.

Wonderful Stay
We spent a few wonderful days in Beaver Creek. The condo was in very nice condition and well accessorized. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs and it was very comfortable for our family. Also the location was perfect. Just a short walk on the beautiful path out side the building to the heart of Beaver Creek.In addition, the owner was very responsive to all our questions and needs. In fact, she was able to get my iPad that I left in the condo mailed to me with a couple days! Thanks for a wonderful stay I we look forward to returning. We highly recommend this condo.

Love the location!
We have been skiing Beaver Creek for almost 10 years and have stayed in the Enclave, the Village, Avon and various other locations. This was our favorite! The convenience of the ski lockers and accessibility to the slopes and the village were the best features. When skiing, we just skied to the lift; when heading to the village we enjoyed walking over the bridge and up the hill right into the heart of the village. The condo had all that we needed as well--well supplied kitchen, washer/dryer and a gas grill. We used them all. In fact we liked it so much, that we are staying at the condo again in March. Thanks for a great vacation, Julie!

More than we expected!
This condo is in an EXCELLENT location! Wake up in the morning and ski out of the ski locker room right down to the lift and you are on the slopes. When you're done for the day, the private trail takes you right back to the condo lobby. Centrally located within short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle you can call but we did not take it because we enjoyed the short stroll after a day skiing. The condo is very spacious with a large fireplace and all the wood you will need. There is a barbeque & we grilled one night for dinner. Beds were very comfy and condo was clean & in new condition. This was our first time at Beaver Creek, but we will be coming back. We would love to stay here again on our next tip to Beaver Creek!

Very Nice Stay!
My husband, two teenaged daughters, and I stayed in Denise's condo over the MLK Holiday Weekend. Beaver Creek is our absolute favorite ski resort and we've been to the majority in Colorado. We found the condo to suit our needs well. The underground covered parking was very convenient. The condo was well appointed and extremely clean. We ate in for several lunches and dinners. I found the kitchen to be be very well stocked. We appreciated the wood burning fireplace and the firewood that was provided. The view from the balcony was very pretty. The only issue we were somewhat disappointed with was the size of the ski locker because we had so much stuff. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and Denise was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and was helpful with any questions we had about the area.

Needs updating
We booked this condo based on the 4.9 rating and many (all) positive reviews.. The best aspect of this home was location, great ski-in/out access. This condo needs updating and in our opinion, was too small for 4 adults. There is a twin over full bunk bed that my son was too large for. You take one step out of both bedrooms and are immediately in the kitchen and living room. The windows in the master had tape to seal them. Towels were old and needs replacing. Upon entering, there was an immediate odor of smoke in the home. The vent fan in the bunk bathroom caused an additional odor of burning. My husband and I ended up staying elsewhere, as I was sensitive to the smoke odor and left the condo to my adult son and his girlfriend. The owner was nice and sent the maintenance technician, who fixed the WiFi but reported the vent fan was on the owner to clean, windows are 40 years old. The owner also sent housekeeping to change the sheets so our son could stay in the master. There is a nice, large dining table and we were able to enjoy a few dinners there. My son enjoyed ski locker and hot tub as well.
