Nestled in the trees along the majestic Eagle River, this beautiful Avon/Beaver Creek home provides a tranquil ambience yet is the ultimate 4-season retreat! Enjoy fly fishing in solitude right from our backyard. Enjoy the recreation path year round. Lower Beaver Creek Express Lift is easily within walking distance! Easy access to the free Avon bus system. Rest days are best spent here at your 2-bedroom vacation rental condo, offering a sprawling interior and a beautiful outdoor living space.

Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right across the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas.

From the over-sized couch to an open-concept living space, we pride ourselves on making your vacation the best it can be and that starts with the cleanliness and amenities of our condo. Relax and enjoy luxury finishes and furniture. We hope you’ll have the perfect mountain vacation! Once in the condo, put up your feet and relax. We have a Smart tv and internet. You can sit in our spacious living room and read a book, or stare at the trees from bed.

We are here when you need us, 24/7

The bus to Edwards and all the restaurants, shops and cinema is also only 200ft from the front door and leaves every 30min. If you want to walk around the lake, that’s just 5min walk away, and another 15min will have you in the center of Avon. If walking is out, then the local bus comes every 30mins.

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $40 per pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this on the counter upon departure.

Very nice condo. Upgraded lighting throughout. Location was closer to BC Bear parking lot & bus stop than anticipated. Communication with owner was fantastic. He was prompt and compete with each interaction. This is a place I intend to return to!

The place was as pictured, the check in process was faulty, the code provided didn’t work and we had to wait for the property manager to get back to us. The listing never mentioned the need for parking passes. The email with the check in information asked for vehicle information so the parking pass could be processed, it was provided via email. After my cars were both booted, The property manager said they never received the emails with the car information. They told me ‘take it up with VRBO’. The lack of cooperation was extremely disappointing. It cost me $289 to get the boots removed. Then I never received confirmation that both my cars had passes so I had to park offsite so I wouldn’t get booted again. I totally lost trust with the property managers. The house needed maintenance, all screens had holes, faucets were loose, TP holder was loose. I would not recommend this property based on the property management team.
