Luxurious 5 bedroom single-family home inside the gates of the exclusive Beaver Creek Resort. This elegantly appointed house is located in the Enclave Community and boasts beautiful mountain views. Serviced by Beaver Creek's complimentary shuttle, guests are chauffeured from the house directly to the slopes, restaurants or shopping, day or night.

This 3,800 sq.ft. beautifully decorated home features a spacious great room with a fireplace & mountain view. The adjoining dining room seats 12 and is open to the kitchen area. House is equipped with high-speed wireless internet service.

The house handles large groups well; with 5 separate bedrooms and 5.5 baths and two family rooms (main level plasma TV and terrace level big-screen TV) assures privacy for large groups. Enjoy our fully stocked gourmet kitchens, or dine in the valley's finest restaurants in Avon, Edwards or Beaver Creek.

Three BR's enjoy en suite baths with two BR's sharing a Jack & Jill bath. Two master suites (one King, one Queen) each have a steam shower, soaking tub and separate vanity areas. A private 6-person hot tub is located on the lower level deck accessed by the terrace level great room. 1 BR upstairs has 2 single beds, while the other two bedrooms upstairs each have queen beds. There are also two sets of bunkbeds and a pull-out sofa on the terrace level.

For summer vacationers, there are 3 miles of private fishing on the Eagle River and 15 golf courses within 15 miles. Whether you're hiking, biking, horseback riding or white water rafting, there's an adventure for everyone. Private swimming and tennis are located 50 yards across from our home for your enjoyment.

Large home in a great location
The home is very spacious with lots of room for our group of 11. Joanne, the owner, was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The location in Beaver Creek was close to everything and you just can't beat the shuttle that will pick you up right outside the door and take you anywhere in the Beaver Creek resort. It works like Uber/Lyft and is complementary. We also liked the hot tub set up where only the hot tub is exposed to the sky. Having a covered area to approach the hot tub was very nice. The only thing to keep in mind that with 12 people we were short on pots and pans to cook for everyone but there were plenty of plates and utensils. We would definately stay here again.

Fantastic house for Beaver Creek/ Vail skiing
Very spacious and well laid out house. Comfortable sleeping for our large family. Well stocked kitchen to support cooking meals. Nice and clean hot tub. Shane, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful.

Borderline for 5 star
The pictures for this place don't do it justice. The living area is really much larger than the pics and the lower game area is very large also. We had plenty of room and the location of the house was not emphasized enough on the website. You will stay IN the resort area of Beaver Creek within a half mile or so of the slopes and on a direct bus route. We could actually view the fireworks on New Years Eve from the dining room window.. Now, to the negatives: The house is a little dated but did not detract from our experience, the house manager never contacted us nor did they show to take out garbage which we handled ourselves, the exhaust fan in the master suite bath does not work, only one roll of TP provided per bath (not 5 star), no kindling or fatwood to start a fire ( not even 4 star), no snow shovel provided and no one showed up to clear walks and drives all week during a 12 inch plus storm. All of this is to say why we don't rate a 5 star, but we would definitely consider a return trip. We have owned and rented thru VRBO at Taos for two decades and realize what it takes to get a great rating and don't want to diminish the attractiveness of this property....it is obviously worth 4 stars. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Outstanding property!
Outstanding property in every way. Fully stocked, roomy, large, very comfortable home. Exceptionally convenient to all of the wonderful activities in Beaver Creek. Dial-a-ride was easy to use and provided rapid door to door service. I recommend this property without reservation. The owner is very accommodating and immediately responsive.

Family Week at Beaver Creek
Our family spend a 8 nights in this wonderful house. The entire process was very easy. The house itself was perfect for our larger family reunion. The views from the upper deck are beautiful and serene. The neighborhood is great with exceptional accessibility to both Avon and Beaver Creek. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and would stay here again.

House was great for our 10 family members and the location with the Beaver Creek Shuttle Service was wonderful. We used the pool several times. It was super convenient to walk across the street and jump in! Highly recommend if you have a large group that wants to be comfortable with easy access to Beaver Creek.

Spacious with Great Mountain Views
Our extended family of 10 had a wonderful time at this large, attractively decorated home. We enjoyed the location about half way between Beaver Creek Village and Avon because both have various amenities/activities. The mountain views from the deck were beautiful and reminded us why Colorado is one of our favorite summer destinations. The neighborhood swimming pool is just across the street and is maintained very well. Finally, there is free transportation around all of Beaver Creek - you just call the bus. We had a great time.

Great home for large family with kids for skiing!
There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 young kids. Great house for all of us with a whole bedroom and living downstairs we didn’t use but would have worked for our son, his wife and new baby had they been able to come. Easy shuttle to slopes and ski area...came every 10 minutes. Lots going on for the grandkids at the slopes!

Perfect for our family gathering!
There were 11 of us! Six grandsons ages 10-22 and 5 parents ( including us - the grandparents). We never felt crowded, played lots of indoor and outdoor games (used the tennis court for our Turkey bowl football game, as the ground did have a little snow.). We had everything we needed. Everything was grand! Thank you!

Spacious and relaxing mountain retreat in great location!!!
Our week-long stay in this comfortably sizable house was fun-filled as well as relaxing - just what our two families needed! Thank you for availing your home for our use. Parents utilized the master bedrooms (and heavenly steam showers) while 5 kids shared the upper level bedrooms as well as the pull-out sofa on lower level. We didn't necessarily need the sofa, but it was fun for the kids to cuddle together while watching a movie. Incredibly convenient location in that the shuttle literally picks up right out the front door and drops off at bottom of the lift. We also enjoyed lovely scenic walks into town - only about 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Joanne!
