"Pleasant and efficient check-in. Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele. Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. "I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!! "

"The address on google maps put us way off. Took us an hour to find the hotel. One found, check in was easy. Romm was clean and quiet. We paid extra for parking, but car was secure underground and less distance to haul baggage! Many restaurants across the river in the old area, but some require reservations as they are busy! "
