"Two other families with kids joined us to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday for a weekend of snow fun in the Poconos. The property was in a gated community with nice amenities. One of the parents who has stayed in the area often, mentioned this property was the nicest house they've stayed in. We had everything we needed for all ages. He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people.
