Avoca Beach House - Uninterrupted Beachfront

Avoca Beach House is absolute beachfront with direct beach access and has four bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. It is the best placed house next to cafes and the surf club, close to the rock pool which is great for swimming with kids, and it is a patrolled beach wth the flags usually close to the house. Free WiFi and Foxtel included. You couldn't ask for more.

New reverse cycle airconditioning in all areas

Renovations completed! New air conditioning, new kitchen, paint, verandah and furniture. Floors in all areas have been lime washed for a wonderful beach house ambience. Main and en-suite bathrooms completely renovated and additional outside bathroom installed (2019)

Bedding Configuration: 3 x King Beds, 2 sets of low single bunks (recommended for kids but still full size singles suitable for adults).

Bathrooms: 1x main with bath, walk in shower, vanity and toilet; 1x ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet

Lounge has 2 and 3 seater sofa, coffee table, bookcase, tv with all Foxtel channels, free to air channels and DVD player;

2x king rooms have a king bed and wardrobe;

1x childrens retreat with 2 sets of single bunks and bookcase, TV and DVD player

Sunroom / lockable verandah with uninterrupted beach views, outdoor sofa.

Patio with outdoor bar (seats 6) and webber bbq

Hallway

Laundry with sink, washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor storage room for boards or whatever you may want to hide away

Sheridan linen on all beds included.

Mid week mini clean included for all stays of 7 days or more.

Plenty of places to park. Note that the lock up garage is not included.

There is an outside shower to wash off the sand after a surf.

Unfortunately we will not accept bookings for schoolie or university groups, as this is not a party house. Please note that the person making the booking must be staying at the property and be over 25.

Please note: Owner may reside at the rear garage/studio, that is separate to the guests house. Holiday guests will have full use of the driveway and access to the beach.

Fantastic Property
We absolutely loved this beach house, and enjoyed our stay very much! With 3 young kids to manage, the location of this beach house was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more...The house was clean and warm (although the weather was quite cold at night) and plenty of space for two families to comfortably relax and enjoy a short getaway. We would like to revisit in summer, thank you John for allowing us to stay in your lovely property!

Fantastic location and very good home
You would be hard pressed to find a more ideal location for a beach house. Positioned right on the beach, with cafe's and a quaint cinema right next door, it is about as good as it gets. Unwinding in the sun room with a view of the green grass, the sand and waves is the ultimate in relaxation. The house itself has most of the things you would want. The ensuite bathroom is almost too small to use, but aside from that it is hard to criticise this property. John was very quick to fix an issue with the TV, and even posted a left behind teddy bear back to us at no charge. (Thanks again John). A great spot all-in-all.
