"Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away. "

Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. "We had a nice stay. The breakfast bar was great. The view from our top floor balcony was tremendous. We got stuck in an elevator, and we were promptly rescued and the management comped us a very nice dinner for that. The wifi was good"
