"We booked this property for our first night in France and our last two nights before flying home. The location is great, not too far from CDG airport with all the amenities one looks for in Champagne: Boulangerie, Charcuterie and Champagne all within minutes on foot. Great location and cozy, comfy apartment. Simple, easy access with great communication with the hosts. We would definitely book here again."

"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. "This apartment is perfectly located and beautifully appointed. Our hostess took such great care of us. Through no fault of hers, our car was towed. There was a funeral and it was an exceptional circumstance. She spoke to the police, escorted us to the station and translated for us. I do not know what I would have done without her!
