"The hotel was lovely and had it's very own garden that leads to a beach. The pool and other facilities were great, the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was brilliant and had gluten free & dairy free options. The rooms were very clean. The pool was amazing and quite warm. Breakfast was lovely and had a wide variety of food options."

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."

"We chose the hotel because of it's location, 15 minute walk to the train station and bus connecting to the airport. Bus to airport is around 8 euros. Perfectly located to get to the center of the city, too, if you are OK with walking, we didn't take public transportation or taxes, and went all the way to the Castel San Pietro, on top of the hill with the viewpoint. Everything in the hotel was clean and modern, they have bikes that you can borrow for free to get to the center, if you prefer that"

"The hotel does not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport (which Expedia lists). Coffee/Tea making should be available in the room. Cannot fault location for Verona and transport links."
