"The house is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Anne and Vincent are excellent hosts, going above and beyond providing helpful guidance with taxis, restaurants, side trips, coiffures, from the mundane to the sublime. Carolina and her husband and lovely dog Flokie also live on the property. Carolina kept the house pristine and was so sweet and helpful. We stayed for almost a month. How lucky for us!"

"We had a delightful visit to Avignon, using all three apartments offered by this host. The apartments were spread across four floors and provided plenty of room for my family to spread out. As the listing states, it is eclectically decorated with lots of odds and ends all over. We could never locate the laundry machine, but there was a great laundromat nearby. The location was superb for exploring Avignon."

"The owners were lovely but this place was difficult to find (Google maps was as confused as we were), literally difficult to get to (1 lane roads and turns too sharp for our rent car), and there was a language barrier with our owners since our French is not very good and they did not speak English. The apartment does not have a washing machine, as we had thought, and no air conditioning in very hot July made for tough sleeping. It also did not come with enough soap or toilet paper. "Very comfortable home for a family in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. Very accommodating hosts; due to Eurotunnel delays we arrived much later than planned and they made sure we were greeted without any delays. We highly recommend this property."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Moulin de Tartay. It is a wonderful old mill located on a rural property but near the motorway so it's easy to access the main tourist sights in the area. The swimming pool was an absolutely wonderful way to end a day of sightseeing and the water was sparkling clean. The owner, Ludovic, kept in good communication with us and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine, sparkling water and some fresh eggs from his chickens (unfortunately neither of us cares for eggs but...
