The price reflects the condition. I should say for the price it is ok to stay. I think if they can change the carpet the overall stay would be pleasant. It was smell bad in our room at the time.

Fine location, great price!
Hotel's lobby is renovated, rooms are not and are very, very dated. Still, for $60/night, it's a 30 min easy walk to downtown and a single bus to downtown (1 or 10) or the TGV station (14). Lots of food and shops within a 10 minute walk, very safe neighbourhood. We would stay again, but don't expect luxury. Far better than a hostel!

Lets be honest, for about 40 euro which we paid, we were looking for a cheap hotel that we could park a car. its a bargain and a steal really. If you dont have a car it could be problematic. The room was massive, decent bathroom, carpet worn, reception area looked nice. good value for money.

Good clean hotel at good price
Stayed at the Adonis for three nights, and for the price, was a good place to stay. The room was large and had been refurbished recently. The bed was comfortable, and although it cornered busy roads, it was quiet enough. The Staff were friendly, although English was a struggle, however, we managed to get by, and they did try. The location of the hotel was not the best, (burnt out car outside the hotel exit) but I did know prior to booking it would be a walk to the historic center. To head out for a meal and some good wine, it was a good 30 minute walk to the Historic part of the city. It felt safe enough walking there, but getting back, did not feel overly safe, so a taxi of around 12 - 14 Euro should be factored in. Overall, for the price, I felt the Hotel offered all you need, the vehicles were inside a locked compound, the rooms had space, and the bed was comfortable.

air condition out of order and cannot fix in 48 hr
i offer calling taxi at 4.30 am but taxi come at 4 am, i have to pay surcharge double price for taxi, because the waiting! Air condition is out of order for 2 nights , i stayed all without air condition. The hotel had no respond for this m except saying sorry, I cannot give you the answer when it will be fixed, why??

Nedslidt med god parkering
Det er et nedslidt hotel, der har fået en gang hattelak og farvestrålende møbler. Vores "superior-room" havde ingen komfort overhoved! Hverken safebox, hårtørrer, minibar eller balkon. Det vendte ud til en befærdet vej. Da vi kort efter ankomst ville forlade værelset, kunne døren ikke låses op. Det endte med, at receptionisten måtte brække døren op med et ko-ben (det er sandt!). Herefter fik vi et andet superior-room fuldstændig magen til det første (bortset fra låsen :-) ). Det havde klædt hotellet at give os en flaske vin eller noget som kompensation, men det kom ikke på tale. Når der er sagt, så ligger hotellet i fin tæt afstand til bymidten, og der er en god parkeringsplads!

Très bien mais demandez à voir/sentir la chambre
Hôtel agréable, chambre spacieuse, avec piscine (dont nous n'avons pas profité par manque de temps). Le gros point négatif est que la chambre empestait la cigarette et d'après la réception c'est un problème récurrent que rencontre l'hôtel qui n'arrive pas à se faire respecter par sa clientèle. Je pensais que c'était un simple légère odeur en rentrant dans la chambre mais la nuit a été un enfer. Asthmatiques gare à vous.

un hôtel qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles
mauvaises : accueil (trop) modeste. Manque bouchon dans la baignoire, moisissure en bas des murs de la chambre, propreté relative, proximité (grand) carrefour 3 voies bruyant même la nuit, des rideaux en lieu et place de stores (obscurité totale impossible).
