"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the food was excellent for onsite buffet and restaurants and the hotel itself is in excellent condition. The only minor challenge was the pool was pretty cold but then again we were there in November. Other than that, a fantastic place to take a holiday. "

"Gordon was spot on with giving us all the info needed. The villa is more beautiful in person and was just fantastic. Where the villa is situated is ideal! So close to the beach. There is a beautiful bar on the beach which doesn’t even take a minute to get to that does breakfasts and cocktails, not to mention it’s so pretty. Was only a 5 minute drive into ayia napa which was very busy but being able to get back to a quiet area was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and I know we will definitely be coming back.. thank you Gordon! "

"The pictures were really accurate, but the star of the villa was the outside pool area. Beautiful, as every day was over 32 degrees. Ayia Thekla itself does not have lots of bars/ restaurants, unlike neighbouring Ayia Napa and Nissi beach."

"My 7 friends and I (men in our 50s) travelled to Cyprus to surprise another of our friends who has lived there for the past 30 years. The owners of the property were there to meet us when we arrived, we found the villa exceptionally beautiful, clean, tidy and well stocked considering we were not expecting this. All essential food items were there that you would normally do a quick shop for. There were even a few beers in the fridge! Information for local services (food apps / cab numbers etc.) were all there for convenience. Whilst we had a few nights out we did decide to relax for one day around the villa and have a BBQ, this turned out to be one of the best days. Everything you would need in terms of equipment was there. The outside spaces of the villa were all well seated and beautifully presented. During our stay the owners made contact to ensure that should we need anything they were there to ask. Our 4 nights exceeded our expectations in terms cog accommodation and service and we hope to been there again in future. "

"What a fabulous hotel, I had two nights here as I was in Cyprus on an Emergency. I’m not good at reviews but here it goes. First and foremost, two ladies on Reception Maria and Klaus, what can I say other than friendly, professional, compassionate. Everything I needed these two ladies were understanding and outstanding. Getting me within 5 minutes a hire car at 17:00 on a Sunday, arranging me transfers and just being friendly. These two ladies are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you, you made a difficult time so much easier. Staff Everyone is exceptional. -As previously mentioned Klaus and Maria on Reception, the cleaners, bars staff, kitchen staff etc. etc. Whatever the management are doing, I take my hat off to you. Different level of staff, so professional. The Rooms. Safe, Absolutely spotless. Brilliant facilities including well maintained AC and easy to use. Couldn’t fault the rooms. The Hotel. Again absolutely spotless. Many young families here enjoying family time around a spotless pool and garden area. “The whole Hotel is Spotless”. Overall This is an excellent hotel, whatever the management are doing they have it spot on. Brilliant Staff, great food, clean (I mean staff constantly cleaning). This little Hotel on the outskirts of Aya Napa is something special. Keep doing whatever you’re doing, you are a different level to your competitors. Thank you "
