Please note the rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the building, and there is no elevator.
Two rooms offer a homely double bed, and the last one has a single bed. all rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. There is also a flatscreen TV, minibar and a small table.
The bathroom is located outside the rooms, in a shared hall, also shared with the three rooms, and is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for your convenience.
For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned.

The neighbourhood's proximity to the canals allows easy access to one of Aveiro’s most iconic experiences—taking a ride on a moliceiro, the traditional boats that were once used to harvest seaweed and are now a popular tourist attraction.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
