"Even though the staffs English was not great they really tried to make our stay a good one. Food was very tasty, chai was excellent. Rooms nicer than pictures show. Garden was nice. 1km from safari gate. Would recommend as a budget option definitely. They also helped booked safaris over email. Downside was lack of info in room of surrounding items of interest and allowing large group to stay outside talking v loudly late at night when you need to get up for a early morning safari"

We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference. The food has been great till now, however customer service has been ok.
