"This is my first time in Cappadocia, and I absolutely wanted to stay at a cave hotel. Kelebek is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. They would go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Our hot air balloon ride got canceled the day we booked it and we really wanted to go, but it was fully booked all over Cappadocia. But they went to work to find us the best deal and excellent balloon company because they have connections. Hedi, the receptionist was particularly wonderful: patient, kind, cheerful, very helpful. Lots of variations for breakfast. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center for guests to use. It would make the experience so much more complete. "

"We had an amazing stay. I would say we had more than a great stay, I would say we had a great experience. I’ll start with the basics. Check in was fast. We stayed in a quadruple room, it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel provided water and a basket full of shampoo, conditioner etc. The service provided by all the staff was great, from the front desk to house keeping. That would be enough for a good stay. But those are overshadowed by the amazing breakfast experience. The staff was exceptional. On top of the abundant selection, they offered omelettes and eggs, brought items fresh made for you to try. The gentleman (wish I remembered his name) remembered where guests were from and had little banters with them. Breakfast was a highlight, and anywhere else would have been the highlight. But the decor team is what took this stay to an experience. The attention to detail making each space beautiful was extraordinary. There are multiple terraces each lovingly decorated. The flowers, the carpets, the decor creates an ambiance that makes you feel comfortable and surrounded by beauty. I took so many photos of the hotel common spaces. This is what put it over the top and made it an experience for me."
