"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...

"Had a fabulous time. Tommaso was great, and the place was great - complimentary wine alongside cakes baked by Tommaso's mother made it all the greater. Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there...."

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. Beim Einkaufen sollte man trotzdem nichts...

"The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. "Wir sind nach einer langen Anfahrt (mit Stau leider) angekommen und wurden sofort herzlich willkommen. Die Kinder durften sofort ins mega Schwimmbad springen und fühlten sich auch gleich wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr geräumig! Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten trotzdem jede Menge Platz und jeder hat seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden (evtl wäre ein gutes Messer mit Schneiunterlage ideal). Es waren sogar einige Tabs für die Spülmaschine und einige...

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Einwandfreie und problemlose Kommunikation mit Barbara (spricht Italienisch und Englisch). Sehr freundlich. Check-in um 16:00 Uhr ohne Probleme und völlig unkompliziert. Sehr ruhig mitten in der Campagna gelegen (3/4 Häuser in der Umgebung, sonst nichts). 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Fossombrone, wo alles vorhanden ist: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt (immer montags). Bis nach Fano zum (Sand-) Strand sind es mit dem Auto knapp 30 Minuten. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Hunde-Strand. Liegen...

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Era la nostra prima volta in Italia e la nostra intenzione era rilassarci e conoscere i dintorni, abbiamo potuto fare entrambe le cose, la casa è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto "
